Unsuccessful payment via easy-pay service

This is bad, my friend told me that his credit card payment for the insurance is not successful. They do not tell you the exact reason why it is not successful.

They said refer to your card issuing bank on the reason for this unsuccessful debit transaction. What else it said on the letter? Please initiate the necessary action to facilitate successful debit transaction on the 2nd billing attempt.

Here's my advice cancel that BANK or the INSURANCE! LOL ... it is always easy to say that to do it!
