Decomposing body found under cement

I read about this on newspaper, you can read it online at The Star.

It is spooky that everyone going up the staircase and nobody realised there is dead body under the cement. It was a woman body, found at second staircase of a 4 storey shoplot building.

Bad news spread faster than good news?

Tell me if you think that bad news spread faster than good news. I believe this is what happened and usually people get to know the bad news first. How come the good news spread slower than bad news?
